Refine Real Estate Instagram Designs

I'm looking for an experienced Canva designer with a strong eye for luxury branding to refine an existing collection of real estate social media marketing assets.

The project includes:
35 Instagram Story templates
22 Instagram post templates (based on 11 core designs, each with a logo and no-logo variation)
5 Instagram carousel templates (5 slides each)
9 marketing presentation pages

The Instagram post templates are built as paired variations (logo and no-logo) of the same core designs, so the focus is on consistent refinement rather than separate unique redesigns.

The designs are already complete, so this is not a design-from-scratch project. The goal is to elevate the overall look and feel by making thoughtful design improvements that create a more premium, polished and cohesive collection.

You may improve:
- Typography
- Spacing and alignment
- Colour palette
- Icons and graphics
- Stock images (where appropriate)
- Layout and visual hierarchy
- Consistency across all assets
- Overall ease of editing in Canva

Template Requirements
- All images must remain as Canva frames so they can be easily replaced by the end user
- No elements should be locked; all components must remain fully editable
- Designs must remain simple to customise while maintaining a premium, luxury aesthetic
