Refine Canva Real Estate Social Media Marketing Assets

I'm looking for an experienced Canva designer with a strong eye for luxury branding to refine an existing collection of real estate social media marketing assets.

The project includes:

35 Instagram Story templates
22 Instagram post templates
5 Instagram carousel templates (5 slides each)
9 marketing presentation pages

The designs are already complete, so this is not a design-from-scratch project. I'm looking for someone to elevate the overall look and feel by making thoughtful design improvements that create a more premium, polished and cohesive collection.

You're encouraged to make creative design improvements, including:

- Typography
- Spacing and alignment
- Colour palette
- Icons and graphics
- Stock images (where appropriate)
- Layout and visual hierarchy
- Overall consistency across all assets

The 9 marketing presentation pages should also be refined to create a polished, professional presentation that clearly communicates the value of the template collection and encourages the end user to want to use the assets.

Template Requirements

All images must remain as Canva frames so they can be easily replaced by the end user.
No elements should be locked. Every text box, image, icon, shape and graphic must remain fully editable within Canva.
The templates should be intuitive, easy to customise and maintain a premium appearance when edited.

I'm looking for someone who is confident making creative design decisions and has a strong understanding of luxury, modern design.
