Recreate A4 Guest Welcome Booklet

I need my existing “Casa al Mare” guide turned into a polished, 10-page A4 welcome booklet that mirrors the visual language of the reference PDF I’ll supply. Every design cue from that reference—sage green, cream and navy tones, the exact script heading font, matching body fonts, plus its watercolor and thin-line icons—has to be replicated so the two layouts feel cut from the same cloth.

You’ll receive two files from me:
• the current guide with all final text and photos
• the style sample that shows the precise look I’m after

Your task is to rebuild the layout in Canva, page-for-page, keeping the catalog feel while slotting in my content exactly where it belongs. Headings must use the identical script font from the sample; icons should follow the same watercolor / thin-line treatment seen there.

Deliverables
• Editable Canva link with all assets organised and text styles named clearly
• Print-ready, high-resolution PDF (A4, CMYK, bleed as per Canva defaults)

Once exported, the booklet should be ready for digital sharing and straight-to-press printing without further tweaks. I’m happy to answer questions and approve a first draft before you finalise the file.
