Real Estate YouTube Thumbnails

I publish several property tours and market-insight videos each week and need a reliable designer to craft the thumbnails that pull viewers in at first glance. The look I’m after is professional and clean—no clutter, no neon borders—yet instantly recognizable as part of my brand.

Every thumbnail should combine:
• A sharp, high-resolution property image that sells the story at a glance
• My channel logo placed consistently (top-right works well now, but I’m open to your suggestion)
• Brief text overlays: a catchy phrase, the key property detail, and an episode number, arranged so they stay legible even on mobile

You’ll receive the raw photos, episode titles, and any must-mention stats; you return polished 1280 × 720 JPGs along with the fully editable source file (Photoshop or Canva). Turn-around is usually 48 hours, and I’d like to kick off with three test thumbnails to lock in the style guide.
