Real Estate Marketing Template Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We’re hiring a graphic designer experienced in marketing template design to create a starter package of editable, branded templates for real estate agents.
These templates will be provided to all new agents at a brokerage and must be polished, easy to update, and follow an existing brand guide (to be provided).
You’ll be creating:
- A 5-page listing presentation (editable in Canva or Google Slides)
- 2-page property feature sheet / flyer
- 3–4 social media post templates (for Just Listed, Open House, Sold)
- 1 email marketing template (Mailchimp or image-based)
- 1-page photography guide (simple design with brand styling)
- Business card layout
Must be:
✅ Experienced with design editor platforms e.g. Canva or InDesign
✅ Able to create print-ready AND editable digital versions
✅ Comfortable designing with provided brand guidelines
✅ Portfolio includes marketing or real estate materials
✅ Able to label placeholders so we can see what’s been filled by agents
Bonus if you:
- Have created templates for brokerages or sales teams before
- Understand layout flow for property marketing (photos, floorplans, agent bio, etc.)
