Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled designer to create a modern, clean, and highly professional quotation & invoice template in Canva for our B2B business (industrial products).

The template will be used for international clients, so it must look corporate, trustworthy, and premium.

Scope of Work:

Design 1–2 Canva templates:
Quotation template
Invoice template (can be same structure with small changes)
Fully editable Canva design (must be shared via Canva template link)
Optimized for fast daily use (we will duplicate and edit for each client)

Design Style Requirements:

Minimal, modern, corporate (Apple / SaaS style)
Strong visual hierarchy (important numbers stand out)
Clean layout with proper spacing
No clutter, no outdated design elements
Professional font selection (simple & readable)
Limited color palette (dark blue / grey preferred)

Content Sections to Include:

Company logo & contact information
Title (QUOTATION / INVOICE)
Quote number / Date / Validity
Client information (Bill To / Ship To)
Product table:
Product name
Description
Quantity
Unit price
Total
Subtotal / Total (must be visually highlighted)
Payment terms
Delivery terms
Notes section
Signature area

Important Requirements:

Template must be very easy to edit (text, numbers, client info)
Table must be clean and aligned (no layout breaking)
Design must be suitable for PDF export
Must NOT look like an Excel export
Final delivery must be a Canva editable template link

Nice to Have:

Experience with B2B documents
Experience with industrial/manufacturing clients
Ability to improve structure, not just design
