I'm looking for an experienced Canva designer to create a clean, modern, premium-looking template that I can reuse for different property investment opportunities.

This is a one-off template design, not an ongoing design project.

I've attached examples of our existing branding and artwork to provide guidance on the style we're looking for.

What I Need
• Fully editable Canva template.
• Square format (1080 × 1080px).
• Suitable for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email attachments and high-quality printing (with white margins where appropriate).

• Professional, premium appearance.
• Designed using our logo, colours and branding.
• Easy for me to duplicate and update by replacing the background property image and updating the property details.

The template should include sections for:

• Rental Yield
• Estimated Equity Uplift
• Capital Growth Potential
• Estimated Years Until Clients Could Potentially Pay Off Their Home Loan
• Property Location

I'll Provide

Ownership Requirements
The completed design must be created within Canva and delivered as a fully editable Canva template.

Upon completion, full ownership of the design must be transferred to my Canva account, including all editable elements, with no dependency on the designer's Canva account.
