Professional & Editable Canva Templates for GRIA

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
We require a skilled graphic designer to create a set of five professional, on-brand, and reusable templates for our recruitment agency, GRIA. The core requirement is that all final deliverables must be fully editable Canva templates, allowing our team to easily update them for ongoing marketing activities.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
We need five distinct, master templates created in Canva:
1. Candidate Marketing Template: A professional profile template to showcase active candidates to our clients.
2. Active Job Posting Template: A visually engaging template for advertising job vacancies we have secured with our employer clients, designed to attract high-quality candidate applications.
3. Carousel Post Templates: A set of 3-4 versatile, blank carousel slide designs that can be adapted for various announcements, tips, or lists.
4. Email Newsletter Template: A clean, professional layout for our regular email newsletters.
5. LinkedIn Post & Ad Template: A versatile template for creating engaging LinkedIn posts and advertisements. This will be used to share content, industry insights, and company updates, primarily aimed at attracting and engaging potential employer clients.
CORE REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:
- Canva is Mandatory: All final files must be delivered as shareable, fully editable Canva template links.
- Brand Alignment: All designs must strictly adhere to the GRIA brand style guide, which will be provided (including logo usage, primary/secondary colours, and typography).
- Designed for Reusability: Templates should be structured with clear placeholders for text and images, making them easy for non-designers to update efficiently.
- Professional Aesthetic: The overall look and feel must be modern, clean, and corporate, reflecting our brand's positioning.
PROJECT WORKFLOW & PROCESS:
- Briefing & Asset Handover: We will provide our Brand Style Guide and specific content examples for each template.
- Initial Concepts: You will develop initial design concepts for 1-2 templates for review to ensure the creative direction is aligned.
- Revisions & Feedback: We work collaboratively to get the design right. We will provide feedback and require revisions until the templates meet our final approval.
- Final Delivery: Upon approval, you will provide the final, editable Canva template links for all five deliverables.
- Sign-off: The project is considered complete once we have confirmed all templates are received and function as required in Canva.
