Physical Therapy School Resume Creation

I need a polished, one–page resume that will make my application to physical therapy graduate programs stand out. Please structure it in a combination format so my strongest skills and relevant experiences are immediately visible, while still presenting my education and work history in clear reverse-chronological order.
