Pest Control Prep Sheet Redesign

I’m looking for a graphic designer to professionally redesign a set of pest control preparation sheets for my company, PestWise. These documents include instructions for tenants before and after treatment, covering areas such as kitchen, bathroom, living areas, bedrooms, general guidelines, and after-care.
I will provide rough content and notes, but I need the designer to refine and rewrite the content professionally, ensuring it is clear, well-structured, and easy for tenants to understand.
The goal is to convert multiple text-heavy documents into a clean, consistent, and easy-to-follow format. Each sheet should have clear headings, proper spacing, and strong readability. Simple icons or visual elements can be used where helpful.

Final deliverables should include print-ready PDFs and editable source files (preferably Word or Canva) so I can update them when needed.
