60-Page RFP Response Enhancement

My company submits responses to RFPs hoping to win the chance to serve as their website and possibly app solution. We feel like our proposal should be as beautiful as possible.
The first job is to convert our proposal into Canva and improve the beauty of every page. While I know Canva can import our document, I believe that the import doesn't provide very much value since each page will need plenty of work.
Also, many proposals will have to be re-ordered to align with the demands of the RFP so it's important to use the whole page for each feature/section so I can move pages around when necessary.
Once this is done, I'll need it converted to another brand and another industry.
After that, I hope to call on your help for a series of improvements since the current proposal fails to highlight or include made more recent features.
