5-Page Grant Proposal & Report

I’m pulling together a concise, five-page PDF that serves a dual purpose: it will be the formal grant proposal we submit and, at the same time, our latest annual report. Our nonprofit centres on Family Success for Caregivers, and I already have background text, financial data, and several program summaries that you can draw from.

I need infographics!!! to tell the story. All copy must flow logically, look polished, and reflect the supportive tone our organisation is known for. You’ll be free to tighten the existing text, add brief transitions, and propose simple data visualisations where they amplify our message. Final delivery is a professionally formatted PDF ready for immediate submission, and the source file (InDesign, Canva, or Word—whichever you prefer) so I can update figures next year.
