Ongoing Real Estate Media Editing
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am a real estate agent looking for a freelancer for ongoing collaboration, not a one-off job.
I regularly capture new property listings (around 5–20 properties per month) and need help with simple, fast photo and video editing. Once the basics are understood, this is a very straightforward and repeatable workflow.
Photo Task (Very Quick, Light Editing)
For each property:
I provide 100–250 photos
Your task is to:
- Select around 30–40 good photos
- Apply very quick, light adjustments only: quickly correct exposure, contrast, shadows etc, apply auto-straightening, and if needed, occasionally remove small unwanted objects or sensitive information (e.g., house number) using AI tools, which takes only a few seconds
- No detailed or advanced retouching
- Fast edit — currently it takes me around 1 minute or less per photo
- I use Lightroom (I can provide access), or you may use your own software
Video Task (Template-Based and Simple)
For each property:
I provide the video clips.
We already have a Canva template.
Your task is to:
- Insert the video into the template
-Trim small parts if needed
- Export a 1–3 minute video
- Upload it to our YouTube channel (access provided)
Deliverables per property:
- Edited photo folder (30–40 images)
- Final video exported from Canva and live on YouTube
Payment & volume:
- €10 per property (photo folder 5€ + published video 5€)
- 5–20 properties per month, depending on listings
- Long-term collaboration for the right freelancer
