Oceania Gymnastics Championships - Event Branding & Canva Assets

Our upcoming event leans into a modern-and-trendy vibe, so I’m putting together a small creative package that keeps everything visually consistent and easy for my team to tweak later in Canva.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A concise creative direction document that sets the mood: suggested colour palette, font pairings, image style and a couple of layout references.
• Editable Canva templates for Instagram and Facebook countdown posts (square and story sizes) that inherit the look you define.
• One header graphic sized for our ticketing platform.
• An accreditation badge we can quickly personalise for staff and VIPs.

Please make sure every file you deliver is built in Canva with layers and text fully editable so we can swap wording or imagery as details change.

Gymnastics is highly visual so we want to bring our athletes to life. This is an international event so we want this to look like an elite event.

I’ll review for brand consistency, legibility on mobile, and easy reuse inside Canva. Once everything aligns with the modern-trendy concept, we’ll wrap the project.
