Monthly Catering Invoice Creation

Each month I need a fresh, professionally-presented invoice prepared for my catering company. After I confirm the job, I’ll forward you that month’s order details so you can build:

• an itemised list of services rendered
• the client’s contact information
• clear payment terms and due date

I don’t have a fixed template, so I’m counting on your design eye to create a clean, branded layout from scratch. Canva or Excel both work for me—use whichever you’re most comfortable with—so long as the final file reaches me as a PDF (or a Canva share link) ready to send straight to the client.

Turnaround is typically a few days from the moment I provide the data, and consistency month-to-month is important; once we lock in a look, I’ll want you to replicate it reliably while just swapping in the new numbers.

If you can keep the styling sleek, incorporate my logo/colours when I supply them, and ensure every figure lines up correctly, we’ll be a great fit.
