Monthly Canva Template Designer

Every month I release a fresh batch of digital birthday invitations and I need a creative partner who can keep up with that schedule. Your main workspace will be Canva, where you’ll build fully-editable templates in a fun, colourful style that parents and party planners can personalise in minutes.

Although Canva is our core tool, I often refine illustrations in Adobe Illustrator, tweak photos in Photoshop, and add a dash of motion in After Effects for animated versions, so you’ll need solid, working knowledge of all three to move smoothly between platforms without pausing the workflow.

Here’s how it usually works: at the start of each month I share a theme guide (think “space adventure” or “retro arcade”), the required dimensions, and any copy that must stay editable. You turn that into a small collection of on-brand invitation templates, supply the Canva share links plus the layered source files you touched in Adobe apps, and deliver a short animated clip when a design calls for movement. If adjustments are needed, we tighten them up together before the next theme drops.
