We are looking for a highly skilled proposal and presentation designer to create ultra-premium client proposals for our companies including modular construction, light gauge steel construction, and industrial solutions.

The goal is to create proposal documents that feel modern, high-end, corporate, and extremely professional — similar to luxury architecture and global engineering firms.

You must be able to design:
• Sales proposals
• Quotation documents
• Capability statements
• Company profiles
• Tender presentations
• Client pitch decks
• PDF brochures
• Interactive proposal templates

The style we want:
• Minimalistic
• Premium
• Sharp typography
• Apple / Tesla / high-end architecture aesthetic
• Strong layouts
• Black / white / red branding
• Very clean spacing
• High-end visuals
• Corporate engineering feel

We want somebody who can:
• Build proposal templates in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or PowerPoint
• Make editable templates for our office staff
• Add professional icons, layouts, and graphics
• Create premium pricing tables
• Make proposals look worth millions
• Work long term with us
