Long-Term Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am hiring a long-term Virtual Assistant for $3.00–$3.50 USD per hour.
This is a daily workflow role involving content posting, Canva design, Pinterest and TikTok support, Etsy listing uploads, and detailed organization on Google Drive.
You must follow instructions exactly as written — no skimming.
DAILY & WEEKLY TASKS YOU WILL DO:
• Upload all content (videos, images, thumbnails) to Google Drive
• Organize Google Drive folders correctly
• Create content in Canva Pro (graphics, quotes, covers, thumbnails, mockups)
• Edit simple videos using CapCut (trimming, resizing, captions if needed)
• Post and schedule content on Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Create digital products (PDF planners, trackers, checklists, templates)
• Create mockups and upload product listings to Etsy
• Follow a detailed content calendar
• Rename files, track tasks, and send daily end-of-day updates
• Communicate clearly when something is unclear — no guessing
REQUIRED SKILLS (must already have experience):
• Canva Pro
• CapCut or mobile video editing
• Pinterest scheduling
• TikTok posting and formatting
• Etsy listing creation + mockups
• Google Drive organization
• Strong English reading and writing
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions consistently

• Reliable internet and device
• Must upload all content to Drive (no storing files on personal phone)
• Must be comfortable working with many small tasks every day
• Must be coachable and detail-oriented
