Scope of Work – Logo & Stationery Design for our client (we are an agency)
Project Overview
We’re looking for a talented, reliable, and detail-oriented graphic designer to assist our agency, with the creation of a professional logo and stationery set for one of our branding clients. They are in the disability sector.
The final deliverables will be presented to our client through our Canva presentation template, so it’s essential that the designer can place their concepts, mockups, and logo applications into Canva for final presentation.
We’re after someone who:
• Speaks excellent English (for clear communication)
• Has strong graphic design and typography skills
• Understands modern, premium, and on-trend branding
• Can present concepts beautifully and professionally
• Can work efficiently with quick turnaround times
Deliverables
1. Logo Design
Inclusions:
• Creation of a unique logo aligned with the brand’s personality and direction
• 3 initial logo concepts (different creative directions)
• 1 finalised logo in multiple formats for print and digital (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF)
• Favicon design for website use
• Placement of all concepts and logo applications into our Canva presentation deck for client review (template will be provided)
2. Stationery Design
Inclusions:
• Custom-designed digital letterhead in line with the brand identity
• Delivered in editable and print-ready formats (AI, PDF, DOCX or CANVA)
• Presentation of final design in the same Canva presentation deck
Requirements & Skills
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Strong eye for layout, balance, and brand consistency
• Ability to follow creative direction and feedback
• Access to premium fonts and mockup resources (a plus)
• Reliable and responsive communication
Additional Information
This is a subcontracting opportunity with the potential for ongoing work. We have frequent branding projects and are looking to form a long-term relationship with a creative, detail-oriented designer who can deliver consistently high-quality results.
