Little Lantern Storybook Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have written a children’s tale—“The Little Lantern That Could”—and I’m ready to turn it into a bright, charming picture book. I need a designer who can build the full layout from cover to final page in Canva (or Illustrator, if you prefer) while keeping everything playful and age-appropriate.
Illustration style: cartoonish characters with plenty of personality.
Typography: whimsical and fun so each line feels lively yet easy to read.
Special touch: subtle glowing effects on both the artwork and select text, echoing the lantern’s light throughout the story.
Here’s how I see the collaboration flowing:
• You create a polished cover and consistent page templates.
• Illustrations bring each scene to life—think warm colours, soft shading, and that gentle glow.
• Text is placed for natural page turns, with font sizes tuned for young readers.
• Final files come press-ready and optimised for online publishing (print-ready PDF plus editable Canva/AI source).
If you’re comfortable enhancing a line or two of copy where layout demands, that’s a bonus but not a must. The goal is a heart-warming book that fits seamlessly into my portfolio and, more importantly, into children’s hands.
Let’s illuminate this story together!
