LinkedIn Banner for English coach in Germany

I'm looking for:

LinkedIn banner designer who understands the German B2B market and personal branding for coaches, consultants, and business professionals in the DACH region who can create a professional LinkedIn banner (NO AI-generated images).

The design should feel personal, trustworthy, and appropriate for an audience of German-speaking professionals, including CEOs, managers, directors, investors, and senior sales managers. No loud marketing.

I will provide:
- Photos/images of myself at work
- Trusted partner logos
- Brand colours
- Text / Headline ideas (mostly English)

Your task:
- Create 2 different LinkedIn banner concepts

Ideal person:
