Industry Magazine Layout & Edit
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I have this quarter’s industry magazine ready to assemble—articles, features, pull-quotes and images are all final—but I need a fresh pair of eyes and skilled hands to bring everything together. Our existing Canva template already defines page sizes, master styles, colour palette and fonts, so the job centres on two intertwined tasks:
• Flow each supplied story, feature and advertorial into the template, adjusting spacing, headline hierarchy and visual balance so every spread feels polished and engaging.
• Proofread as you go, catching typos, inconsistent punctuation, orphan lines or style drift, and amending directly in the document before export.
Because we run entirely in Canva, please be comfortable working inside that environment—no InDesign swaps or external conversions needed. All imagery is provided and cleared, so there’s no call for new illustrations or bespoke graphics; just resize, crop and position the existing assets where they shine best.
The end deliverable is a print-ready PDF (high-resolution CMYK, bleed and crop marks intact) plus a web-optimised PDF for online distribution. If you’re used to version-tracking inside Canva and can turn clean copy with layout finesse, I’d love to hand off the assets and let you work your magic.
