Industrial Property Brochure Template
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an easily repeatable brochure template for my industrial property listings. The look must stay modern and clean so every new listing feels fresh and professional, yet the layout should let me drop in content quickly without redesigning each time.
Core sections to build in: property description, location details, amenities & features, a dedicated photo gallery area, and space for my logo and brand colours. The photos and text blocks have to be true placeholders—one click, swap, done—so I can handle future updates myself. A two-to-four-page flow is ideal, but a smart single-page version that can expand would also work if it keeps the visual balance.
Please deliver:
• A fully editable master file (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, or comparable) with all fonts and assets linked
• A PDF proof showing the template populated with sample content so I can see hierarchy and spacing
• Simple usage notes, just enough to remind me how to swap images, update text, and adjust page count without breaking the grid
Clean typography, generous white space, and a neutral palette that can pick up my brand accent colour will hit the mark. Once it’s in place I’ll be able to roll out each new industrial property brochure in minutes.
