High-End Canva Conference Branding

We are producing ITAD Europe, a high-end executive conference taking place in Nice, France. We are looking for a designer to Create ~6–8 core design systems. The total banner are close to 25 but they will be variences of the core templates created. Please pull Graphics from www.itadeurope.com as examples. Please create 1 banner and submit as an example of the quality of work so we can decide who will be awarded.

This is not a startup-style tech event.

This is a premium, executive-level European summit targeting C-level professionals in the IT asset disposition and circular economy industry.

We are looking for a designer who can create enterprise-level Canva designs — not generic templates.

Objective
Create a cohesive, high-end visual brand kit and a set of core marketing banners that will define the visual identity for ITAD Europe 2026.
If the quality is exceptional, we will continue with additional conferences.

If quality meets expectations, we will:

Retain for additional conferences
Establish long-term relationship
