HeyGen Setup, Avatar & Video Stitching
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run an ongoing series of educational programs and want to produce them quickly with AI help. Your first task is to configure my HeyGen account from scratch, train a lifelike avatar of me, and create a matching voice clone that sounds natural across different speaking speeds and tones.
Once the system is ready, you’ll move straight into production. Each week I’ll supply scripts or rough screen-captures . Short lessons will sit comfortably inside HeyGen’s 30-minute limit, but several trainings will run longer. For those, export multiple 30-minute segments, then stitch them into one seamless file in Canva or any non-destructive editor we agree on. Final videos must feel continuous, with clean transitions, leveled audio, and 1080p delivery.
This is a permanent, part-time collaboration, so consistency matters as much as creativity. Clear file naming, version control, and quick turnaround will keep the workflow smooth.
Deliverables for every assignment:
• Updated HeyGen project with my avatar and voice clone available for reuse
• Finished MP4 files (short 2–3 min and/or stitched long form) ready for upload
• Source project files so I can make minor tweaks later if needed
