What I Need Help With
As my Guest Editor, you would:
- Visual Enhancement in Canva
- Add professional title cards and text overlays
- Place infographics at the right moments
- Make sure everything looks well-aligned and professional
- Keep the style consistent throughout
- Ensure text is easy to read
- Making Changes When Needed
- Help implement feedback I provide
- Make visual adjustments to improve the videos
- Update text and graphics as needed
- Let me know what changes you've made
How We'll Work Together
I'll handle:
- Writing the script
- Recording the video
- Basic trimming and editing
- Setting up the Canva project
- Adding captions
- Organizing video sections
- Final review and publishing
I'll provide you with:
- The edited video already in Canva
- My script
- Infographics and images to use
- Editing notes with detailed feedback (minimum 3 versions of notes to ensure clarity)
- Any brand elements I want to include
Your focus will be making it look great:
- Adding professional text based on style guide

Project Details
- This would be an ongoing partnership (I publish regularly)
- This is an OUTCOME-BASED project, NOT time and materials - payment is based on completed video deliverables with agreed-upon quality standards
- Videos are typically 5-15 minutes long-
- I try to stick to a consistent publishing schedule
- Standard rate of £25 per video
- You MUST register with a new email ID specifically for this project - DO NOT use your existing Canva account
- The new email ID will be added to my Canva Pro Team
- You'll work directly in my Canva Team Account (I'll add you as a team member)
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will need to be signed before starting
- All copyright for the content remains with me as the content creator

- Shared Folder Usage is Required You must save ALL designs, templates, and files in shared folders or team-visible areas only.
- Private folder storage for any project-related content is strictly prohibited.
- Team Sharing is Mandatory All your designs and assets must be shared with the team. This is a non-negotiable requirement to ensure project continuity and accessibility.
- Asset Protection Responsibility You are required to understand that any work not shared with the team will become permanently inaccessible if you are removed from the team.
This includes:
Non-shared designs, templates, and folders
Non-shared elements or images
All privately stored uploads
Content Ownership Acknowledgment You must acknowledge that only shared content or content transferred to others will remain available to the team if you leave the project. Regular sharing practices are required to maintain project workflow.
Communication Requirement You must proactively seek guidance from the project lead if you are uncertain about sharing procedures or permissions settings.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in immediate project termination and may affect final payment processing.
