Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer who can create visually strong training decks, posters, motion graphics, and communication materials that form the core of our training programs.
This is NOT a “basic Canva role.”
Each slide requires strong design judgment, custom graphic creation, visual storytelling, and fast iteration based on feedback.
You will work closely with our Design Consultant, who will provide visual briefs, guide direction, review drafts, and collaborate with you throughout the design process.
This is ideal for someone who wants real-world design ownership, fast growth, and impactful portfolio work.
Key Responsibilities
⭐ Design Execution
Create training decks (70-80 slides each) using Canva while maintaining a fixed brand theme.
Design custom graphics for each slide (not template-only work).
Apply photo editing, visual composition, and motion/animation where needed.
Build posters, communication creatives, and social graphics aligned with brand identity.
⭐ Motion Graphics & Animation
Use motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie Lab, or similar to create small animations or micro-interactions within decks.
Export graphic elements and animated assets as required.
⭐ Workflow & Collaboration
Turn content inputs into clean, polished visual designs.
Iterate quickly based on feedback from the design team & co-founders.
Follow deadlines strictly while maintaining high-quality output.
Maintain consistency in typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Collaborate closely with our Design Consultant to refine visual direction.

Ability to take visual briefs and transform them into final design assets
Comfortable working under tight deadlines
Eligibility
Degree/diploma in Design / Visual Communication (preferred)
OR strong portfolio of design projects (required)
Availability for ~25 hours/week
Open to freshers, students, early-career designers, and freelancers who can commit to deadlines

Duration: 2 months (extendable by 1 month if required)
Working Hours: Flexible but delivery-driven
