Family Photo Archiving and Organization
Budget: $75 – $150 USD
I am looking for a detail-oriented person with strong English communication skills to help me organize and archive family photos into a clean, easy-to-use Google Drive system.
Primary responsibilities (90% of the work):
Collect and upload photos into a shared Google Drive.
Remove duplicates and poor-quality images.
Organize photos into folders by event/date/person.
Label files and folders clearly for easy search and retrieval.
Secondary responsibilities (10% of the work, optional but preferred):
Use Photoshop/Canva (or similar) to create collages, slideshows, or creative layouts.
Help prepare a few “share-ready” pieces for family use.
Estimated Workload
7–10 hours for bulk archiving and organization.
3–4 hours for creative/Photoshop tasks (if applicable).
Total: ~12–15 hours.
Budget
$100–$150 total (depending on skills and speed).
Open to hourly proposals ($5–$7/hr typical).
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (must be clear and easy to understand).
Experience with Google Drive file organization.
Strong attention to detail (deduping, labeling, folder structures).
Bonus: Photoshop, Canva, or other design/editing experience.
Ability to start immediately and finish quickly.
Deliverables
Organized Google Drive with cleaned and labeled photo archive.
(Optional) 2–3 collages or creative family photo projects.
