Family Photo Archiving and Organization

I am looking for a detail-oriented person with strong English communication skills to help me organize and archive family photos into a clean, easy-to-use Google Drive system.

Primary responsibilities (90% of the work):

Collect and upload photos into a shared Google Drive.

Remove duplicates and poor-quality images.

Organize photos into folders by event/date/person.

Label files and folders clearly for easy search and retrieval.

Secondary responsibilities (10% of the work, optional but preferred):

Use Photoshop/Canva (or similar) to create collages, slideshows, or creative layouts.

Help prepare a few “share-ready” pieces for family use.

Estimated Workload

7–10 hours for bulk archiving and organization.

3–4 hours for creative/Photoshop tasks (if applicable).

Total: ~12–15 hours.

Budget

$100–$150 total (depending on skills and speed).

Open to hourly proposals ($5–$7/hr typical).

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (must be clear and easy to understand).

Experience with Google Drive file organization.

Strong attention to detail (deduping, labeling, folder structures).

Bonus: Photoshop, Canva, or other design/editing experience.

Ability to start immediately and finish quickly.
