Main responsibilities of our Executive Assistants:

Perform research tasks for the development of marketing materials
Write reports, emails, and light social media content to support the executive team
Support administrative functions for the rest of the team to continue killing it at their job!
Collect marketing analytics and compile them into reports
Nourish and establish client relationships
Monitor the social media presence of multiple clients
Help with Community building
Proofread content
Communicate with the team constantly on the progress of tasks
Report on the effectiveness of the marketing efforts in our clients accounts
Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis
Technical skills required to apply:

1-3+ years of executive assistance experience
Must have previous agency and/or marketing experience
Experience using marketing tools such as Google Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.,
Creativity & writing proficiency
Understand and practice superb communication skills
Have a great eye for detail, or always make sure to check things twice
Human errors happen, so you have to be a solution-oriented person, great problem solver, and you will be a great culture fit
Willing to overlap part-time or full time with US business hours
Must be comfortable with using a time tracking software to track your work/hours and calculate your weekly payroll
