Excel & Word Support Needed

My day-to-day coursework and part-time business consulting leave me with a pile of spreadsheets and Word documents that need tidy, professional attention. I’d like a reliable pair of hands to jump in, clean up the data, apply consistent formatting, build or update simple formulas, and turn rough text into polished, well-structured Word files. Accuracy is crucial—these files go straight to professors and small-business clients, so every figure and heading has to be correct the first time.

While the core of the job is Excel/Word work, I occasionally roll out promotional posts on Instagram and LinkedIn. If you’re comfortable whipping up a quick Canva graphic when I send copy and brand colours, that’s a bonus and will keep the collaboration flowing.

Deliverables will vary by week, but a typical hand-off looks like:
• An Excel workbook returned with validated data, clear formatting, and any basic formulas working properly.
• A Word report or proposal laid out to match the template I provide—headings styled, table of contents updated, no stray spacing.
• (Optional) One or two Canva-made promotional visuals, sized correctly for the platform, exported as PNG plus the editable Canva link.

I share all raw files via Google Drive; you send the updated versions back and flag anything that needs clarification. Turnaround is usually 24–48 hours depending on volume.
