Design of High-Quality Digital & Printable Planners with Social Media Advertisement Assets
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am launching a digital products business focused on high-quality printable and digital planners for sale on Etsy and Payhip, targeting customers in Europe and North America.
(My maximum budget for this pilot project is USD 250–300 total.
Proposals outside this range will not be considered.)
This is a pilot project, and successful delivery may lead to long-term collaboration and additional product development.
Scope of Work
I am looking for an experienced designer to create two complete planner products along with marketing and social media advertisement assets.
Product 1: Ultimate Finance Tracker
Printable & digital planner
18–20 A4 pages
Sections: Budget planning, expense tracking, savings, debt, bills, monthly & yearly reviews
Product 2: Productivity Planner
Printable & digital planner
20–30 A4 pages
Sections: Daily, weekly & monthly planning, goals, habits, priorities, reflections
Design Requirements (Mandatory)
A4, portrait, print-ready (300 DPI)
Professional, clean, minimalist design
Neutral / soft color palette
Black-and-white printer friendly
Free Canva fonts only
Consistent branding across both products
Marketing & Advertisement Assets
For each product:
Optimized product title
13 SEO-friendly tags
3–5 product images (cover, interior previews, mockups)
Short-form videos:
Platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest
2 videos per product (4 total)
10–20 seconds, vertical (9:16), MP4
Deliverables
Print-ready PDFs
Editable Canva files
Mockup images
Advertisement videos
Confirmation of full commercial use rights

Freelancer Profile
Proven experience designing planners
Strong Canva skills
Knowledge of Etsy / digital product marketplaces
Ability to create mockups and short-form promotional videos
Ownership
All deliverables will be the client’s property with full commercial rights.
If you have relevant portfolio samples (especially planners or digital products), please include them in your proposal.
Proposal Requirement: Proposals must include links or attachments to relevant portfolio samples, preferably planner designs or similar digital products created in Canva. Proposals without relevant samples will not be considered. Applicants should briefly indicate which parts of the sample work they personally designed
