Job Description

I’m looking for a designer to create a clean, premium invoice and estimate template for my auto detailing business.

This is not a logo or branding project — branding already exists.
The goal is a professional, easy-to-read invoice that reinforces trust and matches a high-end service experience.

This will be a one-time project, not ongoing work.

You will design:
• 1 branded invoice template
• 1 branded estimate template
(same structure, minor wording differences)

The templates should be usable digitally and printable.

• Business name & contact info
• Customer name & vehicle info
• Service name(s)
• Add-ons (clearly separated)
• Subtotal / tax / total
• Notes or recommendations section
• Payment status / terms

• Clean layout that can be mirrored later inside a mobile app booking flow
