VA and Data Entry for English Academy - ONLY FREELANCERS FROM EGYPT
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

We are a start-up English online courses Academy in Egypt, and we are looking for a remote VA/Data entry person who is willing to grow with us (hopefully, the project can develop into a long-term project). The salary and budget are very tight, because we are just starting out. But we hope that the budget will increase in the future, once the business become up and running.
I am searching for a remote VA and Data entry professional, who can help me promote my English Academy on social media (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
The VA tasks will be as follows:
1. Create weekly 10 posts (Images) (about English-Learning content) on Canva. You can use AI to find ideas. These 10 posts will be used to share them on social media across the week. (2 posts per day x 5 days a week)
2. Create weekly 2 Videos using Canva and AI (For TikTok, YouTube Shorts), the videos will not be fancy, instead they will be simple and short. (I will provide reference posts for the videos and Images on the Chat).
3. Post daily 2 posts on IG & FB (Can be the same, but one of them in the morning, and the other is in the Evening)
4. Promote the Facebook page and courses daily on Social media (typically an average of 40 group posts per day): Through which you can get bonus per each student who enroll in our courses.
5. Engage on IG with at least 25 comments daily.
The Data Entry Tasks:
1. Update Spreadsheet tracker with (Facebook Group details)
2. Update Spreadsheet tracker with (New student’s details) and commentors details.
3. Reply to Comments, Messages, and Whatsapp text messages.
4. Double check the available time-slots in the Schedule (On google Calendar)
General details about the project and budget:
1. Basically, every day you will need to work for about 1-2 hours by maximum.
2. Working days are 6 from Saturday till Thursday.
3. You will choose one day (preferably Saturday or Thursday) to create the weekly contents on Canva and save them (10 Posts + 2 short videos), so that your job will be easier throughout the rest of the week.
4. The working hours are flexible according to the selected freelancer (you can choose the working hours freely).
Skills

Persuasive/Engaging tone in creating content
