Creative VA for YouTube Workflow
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Please DO NOT respond if you are just starting out and cannot meet all the requirements listed below. I will leave a truthful review of your work.
Individual preferred no agency, please so we can grow our businesses together.
I’m building a steady content pipeline and need an experienced, long-term virtual assistant who can start at 10 hours a week for the first month or two and grow into a full-time role as we hit stride.
My top priority is graphic design - strong, polished work that keeps a consistent brand look. You should be comfortable in Canva at an advanced level; everything else can be learned on the job, but clean design instincts are non-negotiable.
Here’s what you’ll handle right away:
• Format a short free lead magnet inside Google Docs and add a simple cover and back page.
• Pick three to four thumbnail templates in Canva, customize them, and reuse them for new videos.
• Upload and schedule YouTube videos every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Descriptions and keywords will be provided; you just follow the workflow.
• Research and compile podcasts and local media contacts through light web scraping so I always have fresh outreach targets.
If you’re reliable, organized, and proactive about smoothing each step—from graphics to uploads—I’d love to build with you for the long haul.
