Creative Virtual Assistant – AI Resumes & Micro E‑Course Production (India + Global clients)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are launching a long‑term project delivering AI‑based resume creation and AI micro e‑courses to clients in India and worldwide. This is a growth‑oriented role: compensation will increase over period of time and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and edit ATS‑optimized resumes using Canva.
Produce and edit micro‑e‑course videos—record, polish, add captions, thumbnails.
Upload courses to platforms like Udemy, Coursera, Gumroad, etc.
Manage customer onboarding—respond to queries, provide support, gather feedback.
Write and optimize SEO blog content for our business website.
Collaborate with our team—provide strategic input, improve workflows, share creative ideas.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Proven expertise in:
Canva for designing resumes, e‑course visuals, thumbnails, etc.
Video creation/editing for short micro‑courses.
Publishing e‑learning content on major platforms (Udemy, Coursera, Gumroad).
✔ Administrative & Customer‑facing skills:
Skilled in customer onboarding & support, fast email/chat response.
Ability to organize client feedback and FAQs.
✔ Content & SEO capabilities:
Experience writing and publishing SEO blogs and web content.
✔ Key traits:
A team player with creative flair and strategic thinking.
Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and strong communication.
Highly resourceful and proactive, able to add real value from day one.
Comfortable working independently, managing time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years as a Virtual Assistant or Creative Assistant.

Familiarity with ATS formats and keyword‑optimized resume writing.
Well‑versed in SEO writing, keyword research, and on‑page optimization.
