Creative Content Lead (Part-time)

Job ID: 40457163

Budget: €2 – €6 EUR

We are looking for a Creative Content Lead with a high-level aesthetic "filter." You don’t need to be a coder, and you don’t need to spend 10 hours manually drawing every vector. You do, however, need an obsessive eye for detail and the ability to distinguish between "good" and "world-class" design.

Your primary mission is to be the guardian of our visual identity. You will oversee the look and feel of our digital presence, ensuring that every PDF, website layout, and social post feels like it belongs to the same premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Direction & Curation: Oversee the visual "vibe" of the company. You will decide what works and what doesn't, acting as the final checkpoint for all creative output.
- Brand Asset Creation: Produce high-end Canva posts, social media creative, and company templates that align perfectly with our internal themes.
- Document Design: Transform raw information into beautiful, professional PDF documents, pitch decks, and reports that reinforce our brand authority.
- Creative Problem Solving: Use any tool at your disposal (AI generators, templates, stock assets) to generate ideas and logos, then polish them until they meet our specific standards.

The "Eye for Detail" Requirements
We value taste above all else. You are the right fit if:
- You notice when a font is 2 pixels off-center or when a color palette feels "cheap."
- You can take a generic AI-generated image or a basic template and "fix" it to look bespoke.
- You understand visual hierarchy, whitespace, and typography—knowing how to make complex information look simple and elegant.
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates a consistent, clean, and modern aesthetic.

Technical & Tool Competency
- Design Tools: Mastery of Canva is a must; familiarity with Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus.
- AI Leverage: Proficiency in using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) to rapidly prototype ideas and assets.
- Layout Mastery: Expertise in creating structured, beautiful digital documents (PDFs/Decks).
- No-Code Visuals: Ability to mockup website interfaces that are ready for a developer to implement.

Why This Role?
This is not a "production line" job. You are the Creative Architect. You will have the freedom to use the latest tools to stay efficient, as long as the final result is flawless. If you have a "perfectionist" streak when it comes to visuals, this is for you.

To Apply: Please share a link to your portfolio or 3-5 examples of work where you took a concept and turned it into a high-end visual asset.
