Create Property Flyer PDFs from Online Listings

Hello, freelancers.

We are looking for a freelancer to copy various details – such as the title, number of rooms, 4 photos and a QR code – from 82 online property listings into a Canva template and save these 82 property listings as PDF files. We need the 82 listings to display in our shop window.

The Canva template is already available; you will be granted permission to edit the template and provided with the link where the 82 property listings are visible.

No automatic data retrieval is permitted; no scraping or similar methods – only manual copying and pasting into the template. Once each PDF has been created (PDF print in CMYK colours), it can be uploaded to OneDrive (or similar), from where we will download it.

The following data must be copied from each individual listing:

First 4 photos
Insert a link to the property as a QR code
Location
Price
Title, max. 4 lines
Living area
Rooms
Bathrooms
Plot size

In the attachment, you will find an example of what a PDF should look like.

IMPORTANT: The job must be completed within 24 hours of acceptance on Freelancer; this is a condition.
