• You open a shared Canva link, build the first draft around the supplied text and images, and keep the overall style consistent with my references.
• I’ll review, leave comments, and request tweaks until the poster is fully aligned with my requirements (I rarely need more than a couple of revision rounds).
• Once approved, you deliver the final editable Canva file plus a print-ready PDF and a web-optimized PNG.
