Cartoonish YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

I run a growing gaming-and-tech channel and want every video to pop the moment it appears in someone’s feed. I need a designer who can deliver five vibrant, cartoonish thumbnails each week that feature my face front and center and use playful, fun typography.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
