Canva-Savvy Content Creation Assistant

I run several online brands and need ongoing help turning ideas into polished social content while keeping day-to-day admin running smoothly. The core of the role is content creation: you will plan, design and deliver posts, short-form videos, stories and reels for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, plus occasional pieces for YouTube and TikTok. Canva will be your main design tool, so fluency there is essential, along with a good eye for layout, colour and on-brand messaging.
Alongside the creative work I’ll ask for light office assistance inside Microsoft 365—things such as updating spreadsheets, organising folders, or formatting a quick presentation—nothing heavy, just the tasks that keep campaigns moving without bottlenecks.
Key deliverables
• Weekly batch of social posts (static or carousel) ready to publish
• Short vertical videos clipped, captioned and branded for reels/shorts
• Stories formatted to platform specs and supplied as editable Canva links
• Cloud-based files neatly named and stored so I can find anything in seconds
I supply brand guidelines, raw footage or copy points; you turn them into assets that engage and convert. If you can stick to deadlines, communicate clearly and refine work from feedback, we’ll be a great fit.
