I’m looking for a Canva-savvy designer to turn my finished copy into polished, on-brand marketing pieces for my real-estate business. Each month I’ll supply the text; you’ll handle layout, imagery, and final formatting inside Canva.

– Stick to a modern, clean template aesthetic throughout.
– Every piece must clearly present the copy I provide and weave in:
• Tips and advice
• Local market statistics
• Current property listings

Deliverables
1. Editable Canva links for each item so I can tweak details later.
2. High-resolution PDFs ready for email and print.
3. Consistent fonts, colour palette, and image treatment across all assets.
