PHOTOBOOTH TEMPLATE DESIGN – MASTER INSTRUCTIONS

Client: Event photobooth company
Goal: Build a reusable professional Canva template library

TOTAL SCOPE
– 40 unique template designs (1 similar design for 2x6 and 4x6)
– 40 templates in 2x6 inch size
– 40 templates in 4x6 inch size
– Total files delivered: 80 Canva designs
– Canva Pro assets ARE allowed (client has paid Canva)

TEMPLATE SIZES & PHOTO COUNTS (MANDATORY)

2x6 inch (photo strip)
– Must support 3 or 4 photos
– Vertical layout
– Even spacing between photos
– Text area must not interfere with photos

4x6 inch (single print)
– Must support 1 to 4 photos
– Portrait or landscape allowed
– Single large photo or collage layouts allowed

CANVA DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

– All templates must be delivered as editable Canva files
– Canva edit-access share links OR a Canva folder link required
– Files must be created at final print size (2x6 and 4x6)

Canva rules
– Canva Pro fonts and elements are allowed
– All text must be fully editable
– Photo areas must use Canva photo frames
– No flattened or locked layers

Not acceptable
– PNG or JPG exports only
– View-only Canva links
– External fonts not available in Canva
– Flattened text or images
– Disorganized or unnamed files

Payment will be released only after editable Canva files with full edit access are delivered.

GENERAL DESIGN RULES
– Full-bleed designs are acceptable
– Clean, modern, and professional
– High contrast for low-light environments
– Faces must remain the focal point
– Avoid heavy textures over photo areas
– No copyrighted characters or logos
– Designs must be reusable and not overly specific
