Canva Interactive Forms Creation

I have a set of existing PDFs that I need rebuilt inside Canva so they function as fully interactive, fill-fillable forms. Your job is to take each static document, reproduce the layout faithfully in Canva, and add the form elements—text inputs, check-boxes, date pickers, or drop-downs—so the end user can complete everything digitally without breaking the visual design.

What I’ll provide
• The original PDF files and any Canva drafts I’ve started
• Brand colours, fonts and a quick style guide

What I expect back
• A shareable Canva link for every form so I can edit wording later
• An exported PDF version that keeps all interactive fields live
• Consistent alignment, clear field labels and error-free text

Acceptance check
The PDF must open in Adobe Reader with every field clickable and the overall layout matching the supplied artwork. No missing fonts or shifted elements.
