Canva Instructional Worksheet Design Project

I’ve already built the core Canva Docs templates and locked in our brand guidelines; now I need a designer who can turn my raw content into polished instructional worksheets for learners aged 5-18. The first task is a single sample worksheet so I can be sure your visual style, layout choices, and attention to the brand palette all line up.

Beyond formatting text and images inside the existing templates, you’ll also create a handful of custom Canva elements—think speech bubbles, jars, call-out shapes, or similar classroom-friendly illustrations—to keep every page engaging and age-appropriate.

Once the sample is approved, the bulk phase begins: a larger set of worksheets built the same way, ready for immediate classroom use. I handle all educational copy; you focus on consistent styling, clear hierarchy, and quick turnaround inside Canva.

Deliverables
• 1 fully-designed sample instructional worksheet (Canva link)
• Upon approval, the complete batch of worksheets in Canva Docs format
• A small library of reusable custom elements aligned with our guidelines

Acceptance criteria
– Follows provided templates and brand colours exactly
– Layout is accessible and engaging for children and teens
– Custom elements are vector or high-res, easy to recolour in Canva
– Final files remain editable in Canva for future updates
