Canva Info Memorandum Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking a skilled Canva designer to create a comprehensive Information Memorandum for a commercial property.
The memorandum will include the following sections:
- Property Overview
- Market Analysis
- Financial Performance
- Zoning & Development
- Location Highlights
- Site Information
- Building Plans
- Sales Process
All sections are important and should be well-emphasized. We have all of the data and photographic imagery for the property, and will provide examples of competitors finished brochure products for your reference. (Examples attached).
Work needs to be performed in Canva so that once job is completed, that we may reuse the new template.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Canva
- Experience in designing real estate or commercial property documents
- Strong layout and graphic design skills
- Attention to detail and ability to present complex information clearly
