Canva Expert for Report Design Update

I need a graphic designer that can join the team to create designs for my draft reports. These draft reports contain charts/graphs and even pictures of the program. I already have a main designer that has created the recent designs for past reports, so we have a set design template that has been created and used by past designer and we want to keep this design style and template continuous (obviously some small subtle changes and updates to the design for new reports so that they all look consistent but also still slightly different from each other). the reason i need an additional designer is to help with the workload of creating designs since i need the remaing reports designed by next week deadline.

for the selected designer, we will send you the Canva link to past designs so you can see the design style and simply use that for your designs. it should be an easy project for any designers since you are not created a design from scratch, you are just continuing past design style with new report content.

the past designer, created the design and then put the final designed report on canva. I need the designed report to be on canva, so i can only hire a designer that is expert on canva and can have final designed report on canva. They can either design it on canva, or design it somewhere else (illustrator) but final design needs to be on canva with high quality. For each report, i will send them the draft report in word document that has all the content (text and charts/graphs). i will send them pictures and such so they can use. And the graphs/charts will be on the draft report document so they will just use this (but we expect them to atleast update the designs slightly so it fits in with the overall report design).

for each major report, there are two versions 1) Detailed version with charts and pictures and usually is between 14-17 pages (i pay designer usually $100 for each one), then 2) Highlight version which is usually 5-7 pages with no charts and no pictures that just focuses on key statistics (i pay designer usually around $40). There is no negotiation for this price and budget. so if they can't agree to this budget and pricing then they should not bid for this project.

i need any designer that wants to bid for this job to FIRST thoroughly read this job description and all of this information BEFORE bidding (no autobids because this means that they are not even reading it and it wastes my time). Also i want them to know that this is NOT a one time hire, we have many other reports and designs projects for the designer after this if they do well.
