Canva Expert for Planner Upgrade
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’ve just completed my Ultimate Renovation Planner in Canva (approx. 150 pages). I’m looking for someone with expert Canva skills and a strong eye for detail to help me bring it to a professional, polished standard.
Key Tasks:
Fix formatting inconsistencies (alignment, spacing, fonts, margins).
Standardise all table layouts – currently some don’t match in style. I want them consistent (same cell sizes, fonts, line weights, spacing, etc.).
Streamline duplicate pages (many pages repeat – you’ll just need to perfect one, delete the duplicates, and paste the clean version back in).
Ensure the overall document feels cohesive, easy to use, and ready for commercial sale.
Creative Freedom: While the core task is formatting and consistency, I’m also open to your design eye. If you feel certain fonts, sizes, line weights, or subtle layout tweaks would better suit the aesthetic of the planner, please go ahead and apply them. The goal is not just uniformity, but a polished, professional, and visually pleasing end product.
Requirements:
Proven Canva expertise (please share examples of multi-page documents or planners you’ve worked on).
Attention to detail and ability to follow brand consistency.
Experience formatting tables in Canva (this is key).
Comfortable working with large Canva files (150 pages, though many duplicates).
Deliverable:
A final, polished Canva document (150 pages) with consistent tables, formatting, and layout throughout.
Timeline:
1–2 weeks preferred.
Screening Task (Required):
To be considered, please complete a short sample task. I’ll provide a 1-page Canva file with a table that needs formatting. Your task will be to:
Reformat the table so it looks clean, consistent, and professional.
Ensure fonts, sizes, line weights, and spacing are even and easy to read.
Take creative liberties if you feel it improves the look (font choice, subtle styling, etc.).
Please return the reformatted page (or screenshots) with your application so I can see your style and attention to detail.
