Job Description:
I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with strong Canva skills to help me build out a digital library for my homebuying website. I am not technical and need someone to handle the design and formatting from start to finish.

The Project:

Phase 1: Select and customize a professional, clean "Homebuying Guide" template in Canva based on my brand colors/logo.

Phase 2: Take 10 provided Word/Google Docs (approx. 5-10 pages each) and flow the text into the Canva template.

Phase 3: Export each as a high-quality PDF and provide me with the editable Canva Template Link.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in Canva.

Must have an eye for clean, professional document layout.

This is a "10-at-a-time" project. I have 100 books total to complete, so I am looking for a long-term partner if this first batch goes well.

Budget:
I am offering a flat $40 for this first batch of 10 books (including the template setup).
