I am looking for an experienced Canva designer to create a Home Building Planner for digital and print use. This planner will help me plan and track every stage of new house construction, from plot details to final handover. This is a one-off project, but if successful, there may be additional related planner projects.
Project Scope:
Design an A4 portrait planner in Canva
1. Create clear, structured layouts for sections including:
a. Owner Information
b. Plot / Site Details
c. Budget Planner
d. Floor Plan Notes
e. Room-by-Room Planner
f. Material & Finish Selection
g. Contractor & Vendor Contacts
h. Construction Timeline & Progress Logs
i. Final Handover Checklist
2. Ensure clean, professional, and premium look
3. Create editable Canva templates for future updates
4. Deliver print-ready PDF and digital planner version
Ideal Candidate:
Proficient in Canva with portfolio examples
Experienced in planner, journal, or organizational template design
Can create user-friendly, organized, and visually appealing layouts
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent style
Familiarity with digital planner functionality is a bonus
Deliverables:
