Canva & Document Editing Expert

I need a versatile editor who can move seamlessly between Canva, Word, and Excel. My day-to-day work centres on Canva designs, yet the real requirement is the ability to take any document that lands on my desk and make it look sharp, accurate, and ready to send.

What you’ll handle most often:
• Financial documents – billings, invoices, bank statements, hedge-fund statements, and assorted form fillings.
• Marketing materials – flyers and brochures that must stay on-brand and visually clear.
• General documents – reports, letters, and other office paperwork that need consistent styling and error-free content.

Typical tasks include re-formatting layouts, updating figures or formulas, correcting typos, and exporting final files to PDF or another requested format while keeping an editable source copy in Canva, Word, or Excel. Brand colours and fonts must remain intact, and sensitive figures in the financial files must be handled confidentially.
